Overview
The new Google Wallet app was a large, complex project spanning across the consumer payments team, Risk team, Marketing team, and the Payments Platform team. I was the sole designer who drove ux of our new P2P experience. Every screen, every flow, was re-designed to align the brand and with Google Material 2 which was in mid-flight. I led ux for a team of 20+ engineers. I drove alignment between ux, eng, and PMs by leading regular team reviews, and check-ins with leadership.
